Think you have a friend that would fit in with our culture? We love to hear of our staff recommending Rarebreed to their friends and offer cash rewards starting at £100, all the way up to £500!
Provided they pass their probation and stay with us 3 months, then the money is yours.

Staff Membership
After 1 year all staff are given a complimentary Rare membership and enjoy all the benefits of our full time members.
The only condition is access to the Members Lounge, this remains a priority access to our paying members and is offered at the discretion of the Directors.
Hastee Pay
Hastee pay allows all our staff early access to up to 25% of their wages. Simply login to the app and withdraw 25% of what you’ve accrued so far in the month.
T&C’s: This requires a payroll number and is therefore only available after your first pay cheque.
EMPLOYEE OF THE QUARTER
We love celebrating our amazing staff and having your peers nominate their EOTQ is a great way to do it. Every 3 months your managers will ask you for a nomination for EOTQ, which they will review and announce in your staff meetings.
Winners get a voucher to use either at our venues or a cash voucher elsewhere.
Staff Discount
All our staff, from the minute they join our team, are eligible to our 25% staff discount. This can be applied to any bill, including food and drink, for a table of up to six people

STAFF PARTIES
The highlight of the year is when all our sites come together to celebrate everyone’s hard work.
We host two parties through the year, one just after Christmas and another in Summer.
With the Directors pouring the pints, it’s your turn to put your feet up and enjoy a drink or three.
Training & Development
Whether you have joined as a commis, or a manager, we are passionate about providing development opportunities to all our staff. From work experience in Head Office to stages at other restaurants… we can make it happen.
Let your GM know if you’re interested in any further training and we will work with you to make it happen.
Cycle to Work
A cycle a day keeps the doctor away… or so they say. We’re happy to loan you the funds to get yourself a brand spanking new bike to help you get to work and back.
Applications are made via the cycle to work website (click link below) and will be reviewed by Head Office for approval.
