There’s only so many emails a girl can send before you realise there’s just too much information to share with all our current staff and new starters.
This page is here to list all the key details you should know to help with your time at Rarebreed Dining. From pay dates, to how to book holiday, this page will help walk you through your first few months with the business.
In addition, you can refer to the RBD User Guide and Employee Handbook for any other questions surrounding Rarebreed Dining policies, key details, and a history on the business.
DAYS OFF & HOLIDAY
All days off and holiday is requested via our online system Kobas.
Our holiday year runs from 1st October - 30th September and it is your responsibility to ensure your holiday is taken within this time frame. No holiday is carried over or paid out if it is not taken, and your General Manager may deny your request if you leave it until the last minute.
We ask for at least two weeks notice on all holiday requests and run this on a first come first served basis.
If you have not requested a day off or holiday, via Kobas, and you cannot work a shift you are rota’d on for then it is your responsibility to get this covered.
PAY & PAYSLIPS
Our pay dates vary depending on whether you’re salaried or hourly but payday is always the last working day of the month.
Salary: 1st - last working day of the month
Hourly: 21st - 20th of each month
Tronc: 21st - 20th of each month
Your payslips will be released and emailed over the day before payday. You will receive one payslip for both your salary and for tronc.
