Making a Purchase

All prices on our website are in pound sterling and have included VAT.

It is the policy of Rarebreed Dining to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold.

Replacement Ingredients in DYI Set Boxes

Given the perishable nature of some of our goods, and market conditions and product supply beyond our control, we reserve the right to adjust the quantity of any ingredients in a meal DYI box set or discontinue the use of any ingredient or Product, or to substitute any ingredients or entire DYI box set, all without notice. While we make every effort to ensure that you are provided with the very best ingredients for our box sets, these switches may occasionally be required. If such a substitution is required, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you prior to shipmen

Allergens

Please note that the eight major allergens, determined as wheat, egg, soy, milk, treenuts, peanuts, fish, and shellfish, are stored, portioned, and packaged in the Rarebreed Dining and our supplier’s facilities. You understand, acknowledge and agree that we store, portion and package these products, and while Rarebreed Dining takes precautions to limit any cross-contamination, cross-contamination may occur between food products, and thus, the respective DYI box sets, may contain some or all of the allergens listed.

You are also solely responsible for knowing about any food allergies you may have and verifying the products and their contents before handling, preparing, using or consuming such products.

Postage

All our items are shipped using a courier service.

Please allow up to 3 working days for order to be delivered. Sometimes recorded delivery items may take longer. At peak times such as Christmas, normal delivery times may incur delays.

We use secure packaging to prevent our products from damage however we cannot accept liability for damage caused by third parties.

Refund and Returns

If you are unhappy with your unused purchase please return it within 28 days along with your receipt for an exchange or refund, by the original method of payment. To this end, it is our policy that we do not exchange, or refund food, alcohol, and beverage items.

In the event that you are unhappy with any part of your DYI box set, you can reach out to us at hello@rarebreeddidning.com (?). Please do so within five (5) days of the date you received the unsatisfactory item. If related to ingredients or condition of a DYI box set, we, at our sole discretion, may give you credit for the individual ingredient or DYI box set, and in some situations, issue a partial or full refund for the ingredient or the DYI box set. We reserve the right, however, to require either the return of the unsatisfactory ingredient or DYI box set, or a photograph of such, before any partial/full refund or credit will be issued.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be complete, accessories and manuals where applicable. If a manufacturing fault occurs with your product, we will always honour the manufacturer’s guarantee period and will repair or replace the product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions.

Defective Items

You have the right to return a faulty item within 28 days along with proof of purchase.

Incorrect Items

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify our Customer Services Department as soon as possible or within 28 days and return the incorrect item to us and specify the correct details in writing. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item, you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible or alternatively we will refund the item once it has been returned. We will not charge you for the incorrect item and we must have the incorrect item returned before investigating.
